If you know someone that is suffering from anxiety, depression, or both, but they are unwilling to get treatment or have anything done about it, then you need to come up with treatment plans and interventions for depression and anxiety.

Even if you feel bad at first, in the end if you and other friends and family members come up with safe and effective treatment plans and intervention for depression and anxiety that you can use on this person, they will be better off overall. There are so many different types of treatment that are available, and although it will for the most part be up to the therapist and doctor as to which method will be best the patient is going to have to have some input as well.

Depending on whether they are already taking other medications, for instance, their weight, adaptability, and so on, all of these factors will play a part in terms of what treatment methods are going to be viable.

Stay Strong

Even though you are putting all of this time and effort into coming up with treatment plans and intervention for depression and anxiety to benefit and take care of this person, they may not see it that way, and so they may be angry or frustrated with you at first.

This can make it difficult, but you have to stay strong and remember that in the end of it all, once they have gotten proper help and treatment and are feeling better, that they are going to thank you for it. A lot of those who suffer from depression and anxiety stay in denial about it for a long time do not get treatment, and their condition only continues to get worse and worse. This is when it is important for family and friends to step in and take charge.
